The Heritage Series

The Heritage Series aesthetic was inspired by the original Bertazzoni stoves created by Napoleone Bertazzoni at the start of the 20th century. Taking styling cues from the past is one thing. But you can be certain that the series is engineered to the high standards Bertazzoni is renowned for, with state- of-the-art-technology.

This range was also inspired by the original wood burning stoves that our founder created at the start of the last century, the Heritage Series ranges are controlled by striking rounded chrome knobs.

Familiar and comfortable to use, they are a key part of the design character of the series.

This range features an authentic embodiment of Bertazzoni’s heritage that the company embraces with deep respect and celebrates with every new cooking machine. The Heritage Series kitchen suite includes ovens, cookers, refrigerators, ventilation systems and dishwashers.

Use water vapour to seal in nutrients, vitamins and minerals

  • It is scientifically proven that steam cooking vegetables helps retain more nutrients sensitive to higher temperatures such as OMEGA 3 fatty acids, folic and ascorbic acids, chlorophyll and vitamins C,B,E, K. It helps also to retain more Iron, Calcium, Zinc and proteins than alternative cooking methods.
  • Steaming does not change food structure leaving colour, taste and consistency unaltered. It maintains moisture levels and enhances flavours, without the need for any added oil, butter or fat.
  • Enables you to choose between full steam cooking or to combine steam with traditional cooking functions.

  • Combines steam injections with traditional cooking functions in three different steam intensity levels: low, medium and high according to quantity of humidity needed in the cavity.

Easy top up and cleaning

  • The removable water tank is placed behind the push-pull control panel, complementing the beautiful and clean design.
  • Refill the tank simply and safely without opening the oven door. To refill the tank simply slide it out, no need to interrupt the cooking program.
  • The extra-large cavity is easy to clean with the Pyro Cleaning function.

Steam is best way to keep food warm
